Portobello appetizer

| 4 | Portobello mushrooms; stemmed, tops cleaned | |
| ½ | cup | Bottled roasted red bell peppers; drained and sliced |
| 4 | slices | Provolone cheese |
Directions
Combine mushrooms and Italian dressing in a bowl. Cover and marinate 2 hours. Prepare grill or turn on broiler. Season mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste. Grill or broil mushrooms about 1-½ minutes per side. Top with slices of peppers and cheese.
