Portobello appetizer

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Italian dressing
4 Portobello mushrooms; stemmed, tops cleaned
½ cup Bottled roasted red bell peppers; drained and sliced
4 slices Provolone cheese

Combine mushrooms and Italian dressing in a bowl. Cover and marinate 2 hours. Prepare grill or turn on broiler. Season mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste. Grill or broil mushrooms about 1-½ minutes per side. Top with slices of peppers and cheese.
