Porterhouse steak with hoisin barbecue sauce

Sauce:

½mediumRed onion, finely diced

6Plum tomatoes, coarsely
Diced
¼cupKetchup
2tablespoonsDijon mustard
2tablespoonsDark brown sugar
1tablespoonHoney
1teaspoonCayenne
1tablespoonAncho chile powder
1teaspoonPasilla chile powder
1tablespoonWorcestershire
Salt and freshly ground
Black pepper to taste

Directions

Season the steak with salt and pepper. Combine all sauce ingredients.

Grill the porterhouse for 5 minutes on each side while basting with the sauce. Serve with grilled scallions and cast iron potato salad.
