1½ cup | Grated cheddar cheese |
1 pack | (125g) Cream cheese, softened |
1 tablespoon | Port wine |

Blend together the cheeses and wine. Wrap the cheese mixture in a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Chill about 1 hour or until ball in slightly set. Form wrapped cheese ball into the form of an apple. Unwrap; sprinkle (or roll) with paprika until completely coated.
