| 1½ | cup | Grated cheddar cheese |
| 1 | pack | (125g) Cream cheese, softened |
| 1 | tablespoon | Port wine |
| Paprika | ||
| 1 | each | Cinnamon stick |
| 1 | each | Bay leaf |
Directions
Blend together the cheeses and wine. Wrap the cheese mixture in a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Chill about 1 hour or until ball in slightly set. Form wrapped cheese ball into the form of an apple. Unwrap; sprinkle (or roll) with paprika until completely coated. Use a small piece of cinnamon stick and the bay leaf toform the stem and leaf of the apple. Serve with assorted crackers and fruit. Origin: Canadian Living, December 1991 Shared by: Sharon Stevens
