Pork tenderloin with orange lemon glaze

Ingredients

| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
| Garlic powder | ||
| ½ | cup | Orange juice |
| 2 | teaspoons | Lemon juice |
| ¼ | cup | Port wine |
| ½ | cup | Orange marmalade |
Directions
ORANGE/LEMON GLAZE
Sprinkle tenderloin with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
Place the tenderloin in a shallow roasting pan and insert a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the meat. Roast in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for about 30 minutes.
Now baste with Orange Lemon Glaze every 15 minutes until thermometer registers 170 degrees F. and roast is nicely glazed, about ½ hour longer. Yield: 1¼ c.
GLAZE:
Stir together all the ingredients and cook until heated through. You may have to thin the glaze with a little orange juice.
