Pork stuffed chillies

6Mild yellow chillies
175gramsMinced pork
6Lime leaves; finely shredded
3Cloves garlic; finely chopped
1tablespoonCoriander leaves; roughly chopped
1Stem lemon grass; tender part sliced
2teaspoonsLight soy sauce
¼teaspoonWhite pepper
1teaspoonSesame oil
½teaspoonSalt

Directions

Slice the chillies lengthways, leaving the stems on and remove the core and all the seeds.

Mix the other ingredients well and stuff into the chilli boats. Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 12 minutes.
