Pork stuffed chillies

Measure Ingredient
6 Mild yellow chillies
175 grams Minced pork
6 Lime leaves; finely shredded
3 Cloves garlic; finely chopped
1 tablespoon Coriander leaves; roughly chopped
1 Stem lemon grass; tender part sliced
2 teaspoons Light soy sauce
¼ teaspoon White pepper
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
½ teaspoon Salt

Slice the chillies lengthways, leaving the stems on and remove the core and all the seeds.

Mix the other ingredients well and stuff into the chilli boats. Bake on the top shelf of the oven for 12 minutes.
