Pork stuffed enchiladas

Ingredients

cupCubed, cooked pork
1cupSharp cheddar cheese, shred
½cupChopped onion
1canTomato soup
1canCream of mushroom soup
10ouncesCan of enchilada sauce
12Frozen corn tortillas, thaw

Directions

Combine meat, ½ cup cheese, and onion; set aside. In saucepan, combine soups and sauce; heat to boiling. Quickly dip tortillas in sauce. Divide meat mix among tortillas; roll up.
