Pork stuffed enchiladas

Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Cubed, cooked pork |
| 1 | cup | Sharp cheddar cheese, shred |
| ½ | cup | Chopped onion |
| 1 | can | Tomato soup |
| 1 | can | Cream of mushroom soup |
| 10 | ounces | Can of enchilada sauce |
| 12 | Frozen corn tortillas, thaw | |
Directions
Combine meat, ½ cup cheese, and onion; set aside. In saucepan, combine soups and sauce; heat to boiling. Quickly dip tortillas in sauce. Divide meat mix among tortillas; roll up. Place in a 12 x 7½ x 2 inch baking dish. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 05-28-95
