Poultry stuffed peppers

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 larges Green bell peppers
2 Eggs; beaten
1 cup Milk
1 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
1 small Onion; grated
1 teaspoon Parsley flakes
½ teaspoon Curry powder
1½ cup Diced cooked chicken

Prepare peppers for stuffing. Combine rest of ingredients except chicken and cheese. Add chicken and fill peppers. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
