|8||Pork Leg Schnitzels|
|Pepper; to taste|
|1 cup||Thick apple sauce|
|1 tablespoon||Sage; freshly chopped|
|2 cups||Dry breadcrumbs|
|Canola oil to shallow fry|
Season pork with pepper. Combine applesauce and sage on a plate, coat schnitzels on both sides. Place into breadcrumbs to cover schnitzels and refrigerate 30 minutes. Heat oil and shallow fry (about 2 to 3 minutes each side) until golden. Serve with potato and celery salad and mixed salad greens.
