Polynesian seafood pasta salad

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (10 oz) multi-shaped pasta
¾ cup No fat mayonnaise
2 cans Manderine oranges drained, reserving 1/3 c. juice
2 cans (4.25 oz) shrimp (I used frozen), rinsed and drained
2 teaspoons Soy sauce
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 Cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
⅓ cup Sliced green onions
1 tablespoon Chipotle pepper powder (cheyenne would work too)

Directions:

1. Cook macaroni as directed on package, drain. Rinse iwth cold water, drain.

2. Mix together remaining ingredients, add to macaroni.

3. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours to blend flavors.
