¼cupPlain low fat yogurt

Process 4 plums in blender or food processor until smooth;measure 1 cup plum puree and set aside. Beat egg whites and sugar in bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold in reserved plum puree and yogurt. Place remaining plums in serving bowl. Spoon plum mixture on top. Garnish with mint and additional plum slices,if desired.
