Pizza dough no. 2853

Yield: 1 8\" pie

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Yeast
2 cups White Bread Flour
½ cup White Bread Flour
1½ cup White Bread Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1½ cup Water
2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon Cornmeal

Mix the yeast, salt and the first measure of flour in a bowl. Heat the water to 130 degrees. Add to the bowl. Mix until the ingredients are well blended. Mix in the second measure of flour. Mix until thoroughly blended. Mix in the third measure of flour. Blend in the parsley, garlic and Italian seasoning. Knead the dough for 8 minutes on a floured surface. Roll out to size. Sprinkle the cornmeal on the pizza pan. Place the rolled out dough on the pizza pan. Let rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Cover with sauce and toppings.
