Pinwheel cake and cream

Ingredients

1pack(4-serving size) Jell-O instant pudding and pie filling; French vanilla or vanilla flavor
2cupsCold milk
1cupThawed Cool Whip whipped topping
1teaspoonGrated orange rind
1smallPeach or nectarine; cut into bite-size pieces
1Pound cake loaf (about 12-oz); cut into slices
2cupsSummer fruit (see note)

Directions

PREPARE pudding mix with milk as directed on package. Let stand 5 minutes or until slightly thickened Fold in whipped topping, orange rind and peach.

ARRANGE pound cake slices on serving plate. Spoon pudding mixture evenly over center of cake slices. Arrange fruit in pudding mixture. Chill until ready to serve.

NOTE: We suggest any variety of berries, seedless grapes or sliced peaches, nectarines or plums.
