Pickled bologna

1cupWhite vinegar
½cupWater
¼cupWhite sugar
teaspoonSalt
1tablespoonMixed pickling spices
1mediumOnion, sliced
1Ring bologna, cut into 2-3 inch pieces

Directions

Mix together first 5 ingredients and boil for 8 minutes; cool. Put bologna and onions in large glass jar. Pour vinegar mixture over bologna. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Store in refrigerator.
