Philly-style pizza

Ingredients

| 1 | Red pepper; sliced thin | |
| 1 | Green pepper; sliced thin | |
| 8 | ounces | Mushrooms; sliced |
| 8 | ounces | Deli roast beef; shaved |
| 3 | tablespoons | Steak sauce |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 2 | cups | Shredded cheese |
| ¼ | cup | Parmesan cheese |
| 1 | teaspoon | Crushed garlic; optional, (use only if you really like garlic) |
Directions
Source: adapted from a recipe off the Eat-l recipe list I put my pizza dough into a 15 x 10 jelly roll pan so the amounts are for that size.
Saute onion, peppers & mushrooms until almost crisp tender. Add beef & saute 3 more minutes. Add steak sauce, garlic powder & pepper.
Brush dough with olive oil & crushed garlic. Top with the meat/vegetable mixture. Then top with shredded cheese & parmesan. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes.
