Philly-style pizza

Measure Ingredient
½ large Red onion; sliced thin
1 \N Red pepper; sliced thin
1 \N Green pepper; sliced thin
8 ounces Mushrooms; sliced
8 ounces Deli roast beef; shaved
3 tablespoons Steak sauce
¾ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 cups Shredded cheese
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Crushed garlic; optional, (use only if you really like garlic)

Source: adapted from a recipe off the Eat-l recipe list I put my pizza dough into a 15 x 10 jelly roll pan so the amounts are for that size.

Saute onion, peppers & mushrooms until almost crisp tender. Add beef & saute 3 more minutes. Add steak sauce, garlic powder & pepper.

Brush dough with olive oil & crushed garlic. Top with the meat/vegetable mixture. Then top with shredded cheese & parmesan. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes.
