|½ large||Red onion; sliced thin|
|1||Red pepper; sliced thin|
|1||Green pepper; sliced thin|
|8 ounces||Mushrooms; sliced|
|8 ounces||Deli roast beef; shaved|
|3 tablespoons||Steak sauce|
|¾ teaspoon||Garlic powder|
|2 cups||Shredded cheese|
|¼ cup||Parmesan cheese|
|1 teaspoon||Crushed garlic; optional, (use only if you really like garlic)|
Source: adapted from a recipe off the Eat-l recipe list I put my pizza dough into a 15 x 10 jelly roll pan so the amounts are for that size.
Saute onion, peppers & mushrooms until almost crisp tender. Add beef & saute 3 more minutes. Add steak sauce, garlic powder & pepper.
Brush dough with olive oil & crushed garlic. Top with the meat/vegetable mixture. Then top with shredded cheese & parmesan. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes.
