Phil's \"quick fix\" gravy

Ingredients

| 2 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 2 | cups | Hot water |
| 2 | Beef OXO bouillon cubes | |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Coarse ground black pepper |
| 3 | Or so drops Dave's Insanity | |
Directions
Dissolve cubes in water. Melt butter in frying pan. Add all ingredients into frying pan and cook, stirring when you feel the urge. Cook until thickened (usually pre-boil). Mine usually comes out hot and lumpy (just like Mom used to make).
