Peppery cheese twists

1 each Sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 each Egg white, beaten
⅓ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1½ teaspoon Cracked black pepper [use whole peppercorns & smash-glide
\N \N Under a heavy pot or pan]

Preheat oven to 375F. On lightly floured surface, roll pastry into 14x11" rectangle. Brush with egg white. Sprinkle with cheese and pepper; gently press into pastry. Cut crosswise into ¾"-wide strips; shape into twists. Place on baking sheet; press down ends.
