Peking salmon

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Salmon steaks or 1 filet; (whole or cut into portions)
¼ cup Brown or hot or spicy mustard
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Orange juice

Mix the 3 sauce ingredients together and spoon over the salmon. You may refrigerate for 3-4 hours or you may cook right away.
