Peking salmon

Ingredients

| 4 | Salmon steaks or 1 filet; (whole or cut into portions) | |
| ¼ | cup | Brown or hot or spicy mustard |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons | Orange juice |
Directions
Mix the 3 sauce ingredients together and spoon over the salmon. You may refrigerate for 3-4 hours or you may cook right away.
