Yield: 1 Servings
|4 \N||Salmon steaks or 1 filet; (whole or cut into portions)|
|¼ cup||Brown or hot or spicy mustard|
|2 tablespoons||Soy sauce|
|2 tablespoons||Orange juice|
Mix the 3 sauce ingredients together and spoon over the salmon. You may refrigerate for 3-4 hours or you may cook right away.
