Measure | Ingredient |

4 \N | Salmon steaks or 1 filet; (whole or cut into portions) |
¼ cup | Brown or hot or spicy mustard |
2 tablespoons | Soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | Orange juice |
Mix the 3 sauce ingredients together and spoon over the salmon. You may refrigerate for 3-4 hours or you may cook right away.
