Pacific salmon with hot cucumber sauce

Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Sour Cream | 
| ½ | cup | Cucumber, chopped | 
| 2 | teaspoons | Green onion, chopped | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Dill weed | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt | 
| pinch | Pepper (white preferred) | |
Directions
Description:
Moist and Flavourful Salmon Steaks with a creamy, nicely textured sauce in 10 minutes flat.
Instructions:
In a 12X8X2" microwave baking dish arrange slamon steaks with thickest parts in the corners.  Dampen 4 squares of paper towel.  Layering one over the other, cover the dish.  Microwave at HIGH for 6-7 min.  Let stand. Test for doneness.  Juices should run clear and flesh should be opaque when fork-tested.  Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients in a small microwave-safe bowl.  Micowave at 50% power for 2½ min. 
or until evenly heated, stirring twice during cooking period.  Pour hot sauve over slamon and serve immediately.
