Peasant-style spaghetti

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Tomatoes; peeled & chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Oil |
| 5 | ounces | Prosciutto; minced |
| ½ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground oregano |
| 12 | ounces | Spaghetti; cooked & drained |
| Chopped parsley | ||
| Grated Parmesan cheese | ||
Directions
Saute garlic and tomatoes in hot oil in skillet until tender, about 5 minutes. Add prosciutto, pepper and oregano. Reduce heat and simmer until ingredients are blended, about 2 to 3 minutes. Toss with spaghetti and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
