Peach pie with berry jam - bon appetit

Ingredients

5cupsSliced peeled and pitted peaches (about 2 lb)
cupBoysenberry or raspberry jam
2tablespoonsSugar
1tablespoonCornstarch
¼tablespoonCinnamon
19-inch frozen deep-dish pie crust, baked
1tablespoonButter
½cupGranola

Directions

Preheat oven to 425'F. Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl and mix to blend. Transfer to crust. Cut butter into small pieces and dot over surface of pie. Place pie on baking sheet and bake until filling bubbles, covering edges of crust with foil if browning too quickly, about 35 minutes.

Sprinkle granola over pie. Continue baking until granola is brown, about 8 minutes. Cool on rack. Serve warm.
