3ouncesPackage peach gelatin
(Jello brand)
cupBoling water
1cupVanilla ice cream
1cupDiced, fresh peaches
cupCool Whip topping, thawed
19 inch deep dish pie shell,
Baked and cooled

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cream by spoonfuls. Stir until melted and smooth. Blend in whipped topping and fruit. Chill if necessary, until mixture will mound. Spoon into crust. Chill about 3 hours or freeze until firm. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 09-27-95
