Peach melba filling

Yield: 8 meringues

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Frozen raspberries, thawed (10 oz)
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
\N \N Peach frozen yogurt
\N \N Italian Meringue Shells

Combine thawed frozen raspberries with sugar and lemon juice and puree in a food processor or blender. Fill meringue with peach frozen yogurt and cover with sauce.
