|8 eaches||Eggs; hard cooked|
|⅔ pounds||Ham, baked; thinly sliced|
|4 tablespoons||Oil, vegetable|
|\N \N||Paprika, sweet|
In a grinder or food processor fitted with a metal blade, process eggs and ham until firmly ground. Do not puree. In a small bowl, combine eggs, ham, oil and paprika. Season to taste with salt.
