Pasta with crab sauce

1Shallot chopped
1Stalk celery chopped
6To 7 oz crab meat
1tablespoonTomato paste
4ouncesTomato sauce (canned)
1cupSparkling white wine
1Flavor cube (fish flavor if possible)
Salt and pepper to taste
12ouncesPasta cooked according to directions

Directions

Melt butter in oil and sautee shallot and celery until translucent.

Add paste and tomato sauce. Mix well. Add flavor cube and wine and cook over low heat 5 min. Add crab and cook for 5 more min. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over hot pasta.
