Pasta primavera with mushrooms

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 large Carrot, grated
1 medium Zucchini, sliced
1 small Onion, chopped finely
1 \N Green pepper, cut into strips
1 cup Fresh mushroom, sliced
⅔ cup Milk
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper

In a large skillet, heat the oil. Saute the carrot, zucchini, onion, green pepper, and mushrooms until tender. Add all remaining ingredients and toss well. Makes 4-6 servings Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin.msn@...
