Hair -- cook while you make
1tablespoonOlive Oil
4Cloves Garlic -- sliced
Thin
3Plum Tomatoes -- chopped
20ouncesBaby Clams, Canned with
Liquid --
Drained, and reserve liquid
8ouncesArugula Leaves

Directions

Cook pasta al dente; meanwhile, saute garlic in olive oil, add chopped tomatoes to heat. Add Arugula to heat with some reserved clam juice. Add clams and heat. Toss sauce with pasta and serve.
