Pasta alla danza

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Pasta, Cappelini Or Angel
\N \N Hair -- cook while you make
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
4 \N Cloves Garlic -- sliced
\N \N Thin
3 \N Plum Tomatoes -- chopped
20 ounces Baby Clams, Canned with
\N \N Liquid --
\N \N Drained, and reserve liquid
8 ounces Arugula Leaves

Cook pasta al dente; meanwhile, saute garlic in olive oil, add chopped tomatoes to heat. Add Arugula to heat with some reserved clam juice. Add clams and heat. Toss sauce with pasta and serve.
