2cupsRed kidney beans, cooked
1cupDiced zucchini
1smallGreen bell pepper, diced
1mediumTomato, chopped
cupChopped green olives
1cupTofu mayonnaise
½teaspoonChili powder
½teaspoonCoriander
½teaspoonPaprika
¼teaspoonSage
Salt & pepper

Directions

Cook pasta till al dente. Rinse & drain. Put in large bowl & add rest of the ingredients. Mix thoroughly & serve at room temperature.
