Italian bean and pasta salad

Ingredients

2cupsCooked AM Anasazi Beans
2cupsCooked spinach noodles OR- vegetable rotelli
½cupChopped onion
1mediumChopped tomato
¼cupChopped bell pepper
1tablespoonAM Sesame Seed
cupAM Unrefined Olive Oil
cupLemon juice
1teaspoonGarlic powder
¼teaspoonOregano
¼teaspoonBasil
¼teaspoonThyme
¼teaspoonSea salt (optional)

Directions

Gently mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

Refrigerate till cold and serve. Allowing the mixture to set for an hour before serving will enhance the flavor.
