Paksiw na isda (fish in vinegar sauce)

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Fish slices (rainbow trout, salmon milkfish)
½ cup Vinegar 4 clove garlic; minced
2 teaspoons Ginger; sliced
1 each Hot chili pepper; optional
¼ cup Water
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients together in a glass cooking pan or a stainless steel pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to medium low. Cover and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Transfer to a serving dish. Serves 4.
