Outback steak house caesar salad

½cupGrated parmesan cheese

tablespoonLemon juice
1tablespoonAnchovy paste
2Cloves garlic; pressed
2teaspoonsSugar
½teaspoonCoarse ground pepper
¼teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonDried parsley flakes; crushed fine
2teaspoonsHorseradish
5tablespoonsExtra virgin olive oil

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Use an electric mixer to beat ingredients for about 1 minute. 2. Cover bowl and chill for several hours so that flavors can develop.
