| ½ | cup | Fresh orange juice |
| ½ | cup | Superfine sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Grated, squeezed dry orange peel |
| 2 | tablespoons | Orange liqueur |

Directions
Beat whipping cream in medium bowl until stiff. Blend juice, sugar, peel and liqueur in small bowl. Fold mixture into whipped cream.
Spoon into parfait glasses. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
Garnish with orange peel.
