Orange syllabub

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Whipping cream
½ cup Fresh orange juice
½ cup Superfine sugar
2 tablespoons Grated, squeezed dry orange peel
2 tablespoons Orange liqueur
\N \N Strips orange peel

Beat whipping cream in medium bowl until stiff. Blend juice, sugar, peel and liqueur in small bowl. Fold mixture into whipped cream.

Spoon into parfait glasses. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.

Garnish with orange peel.
