Yield: 6 Servings
|8 ounces||Marshmallows; quartered|
|¾ cup||Orange juice|
|1 cup||Whipping cream|
|1 \N||Orange rind; grated|
Combine marshmallows and orange juice. Stir until melted. Stir in orange rind. Let stand overnight until mixture has thickened like jelly. Whip cream and fold into mixture before serving. Serve in sherbet glasses. (This is a simple recipe, but delicious.) MRS PAUL GARNER (ALICE)
