Orange raisin scones

Measure Ingredient
1¾ cup Flour
4 tablespoons Sugar
2½ teaspoon B.powder
½ teaspoon Salt
5 tablespoons Cold butter
½ cup White raisins
6 tablespoons Cream
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla or orange extract
2 tablespoons Orange zest

Combine first 4 ingredients in work bowl of processor.Process in cold butter on pulse till coarse meal texture forms.Add cream, egg, extract and zest, then raisins. Remove from work bowl and gently knead. Pat into a disc about ½ inch thickness and score into 6 or 8 wedges. Brush w/addtional egg white and sprinkle with sugar.
