1 teaspoon | Grated lemon peel |

1 can | Swwetened condensed milk |

2 tablespoons | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
Place rack on lowest postion in oven, preheat to 425. Combine filling with ½ tsp. peel' pour into pastry. BAke 15 minutes. In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually add milk then lemon juice, vanilla & ½ tsp. peel. Pour over filling. Reduce heat to 350. BAke 25 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill. Garnish. Refrigerate leftovers.
