New jersey poached eggs alla romana

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Meatless spaghetti sauce, commercial or homemade
4 eaches Eggs
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices Of toast
\N gram Romano cheese

Heat sauce in skillet. Carefull drop eggs, one at a time, into sauce.
