New fangled potato 'chips'

Ingredients

| 4 | eaches | New potatoes |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vegetable oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter, melted |
| 1 | tablespoon | Cider vinegar |
| 1 | each | Clove garlic, minced |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt and pepper, or to taste |
Directions
Scrub potatoes and cut into ½ inch thick slices. In large bowl, combine oil, butter, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Stir to mix.
Add sliced potatoes and toss to coat. Saving butter mixture for a basting sauce, cook potatoes on grill over medium heat.
