Neva’s version

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Bulk Italian Sausage crumbled and fried (drain all but 2 tablespoons of grease)
8 \N Green peppers sliced in rings
4 \N Onions sliced in rings
2 \N Cloves of garlic crushed
1 pounds Mushrooms sliced
\N \N Jack Cheese
1 can Beer ( I have used the non alcoholic kind and it works fine)

Add peppers and onions, mushrooms and garlic to drained sausage stir fry adding a little beer and letting it cook down stirring every now and then.

The trick with this is that you don’t want a lot of juice so you add the beer a little at a time and let it cook down. To serve open submarine rolls and put sausage mixture on buns lay the Jack cheese on top and broil until cheese has melted. Hope you all enjoy this as much as we have. Neva :)
