Natalie's rice and black eyed peas^

Ingredients

| 1 | large | Tomato, diced |
| 1 | cup | Uncooked brown rice |

Directions
Saute onion in stock in a fry pan sprayed with pam. Add tomato and cook another 5 minutes. Stir in rice and water. Cook until rice is done. Add beans and heat through.
