4 | tablespoons | Fish sauce (Nam Pla) |
½ | cup | Lime juice -- fresh |
Directions
In a blender, grind all ingredients to a smooth sauce. Put in tightly closed jar and refrigerate.
Tamarind liquid may be substituted for the lime juice.
