Mushrooms au gratin

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Mushrooms; washed and sliced 1/4 inch thick |
2 | tablespoons | Butter |
⅓ | cup | Sour cream |
2 | tablespoons | Flour |
¼ | cup | Minced parsley |
½ | cup | Shredded Swiss or cheddar cheese |
Directions
In a wide frying pan, melt butter; add mushrooms and cook, stirring often until mushrooms are lightly browned (3 to 5 minutes).
In a small bowl combine sour cream, flour, salt and pepper to taste. Stirt until smooth; then stir into mushrooms. Cook,stirring until mixture boils.
Remove from heat. Spoon mixture into shallow casserole. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese evenly over top.
Bake at 350 F. for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serves 4.
