Mushroom roll-ups

Ingredients

½poundsMushrooms, minced
¼cupButter
1cupLight cream
3tablespoonsFlour
¾teaspoonSalt
2teaspoonsChives
1teaspoonLemon juice
1eachLoaf very thinly sliced white bread

Directions

Saute' mushrooms in butter. Stir in 1 cup light cream and cook until thick. Add remaining ingredients except bread. Cut crusts off bread. Roll bread with a rolling pin until thin. Spread mixture on bread and roll up. Slice in thirds. (Do not cut if you plan to put in freezer.) Bake 10 minutes at 400 F. Recipe can be doubled by adding 8 ounces of lobster meat. Yield: 3-½ dozen.
