Muffins ( sour cream )

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 \N Stick of butter, softened
1 cup Sour cream

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients well with wooden spoon. Put into greased muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes or until light golden brown.
