Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Apples
2 pounds Mountain ash berries

Cut apples roughly, strip berries from stem. Put in pot and cover almost with water. Bring slowly to boil and boil until fruit is tender. Strain juice. Add one cup of sugar for each cup of liquid plus one more cup of sugar to the total. Return pot and stir until sugar is dissolved. Boil quickly until jelly sets, about 15-20 minutes.
