Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Orange juice,fresh-squeezed |
| ½ | cup | Cooked oatmeal |
| ¼ | cup | Grape nuts cereal* |
| ¼ | cup | Firm tofu |
| 1 | tablespoon | Honey |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Egg substitute or 1 egg |
| Plus 2 tablespoons water | ||
Directions
* In place of Grape Nuts, use brown rice cereal, oats, shredded wheat, or any other favorite grain cereal.
Place all ingredients in a blender and Mix on medium speed for 1 minutes.
Pour into tall glasses and serve.
