Ingredients

2cupsOrange juice,fresh-squeezed
½cupCooked oatmeal
¼cupGrape nuts cereal*
¼cupFirm tofu
1tablespoonHoney
teaspoonEgg substitute or 1 egg
Plus 2 tablespoons water

Directions

* In place of Grape Nuts, use brown rice cereal, oats, shredded wheat, or any other favorite grain cereal.

Place all ingredients in a blender and Mix on medium speed for 1 minutes.

Pour into tall glasses and serve.
