Yield: 5 Cups
|2 cups||Orange juice,fresh-squeezed|
|½ cup||Cooked oatmeal|
|¼ cup||Grape nuts cereal*|
|¼ cup||Firm tofu|
|1½ teaspoon||Egg substitute or 1 egg|
|\N \N||Plus 2 tablespoons water|
* In place of Grape Nuts, use brown rice cereal, oats, shredded wheat, or any other favorite grain cereal.
Place all ingredients in a blender and Mix on medium speed for 1 minutes.
Pour into tall glasses and serve.
