Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Ground veal |
| 1 | pounds | Ground pork |
| 4 | slices | Of white bread, soaked and squeezed dry |
| 2 | eaches | Eggs, well beaten |
| Juice of 1 lemon | ||
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||
Directions
