Measure | Ingredient |

1 pounds | Ground veal |
1 pounds | Ground pork |
4 slices | Of white bread, soaked and squeezed dry |
2 eaches | Eggs, well beaten |
\N \N | Juice of 1 lemon |
\N \N | Salt and pepper to taste |
