Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Groud beef
1 pounds Ground veal
1 pounds Ground pork
4 slices Of white bread, soaked and squeezed dry
2 eaches Eggs, well beaten
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
