Mom's baked ham and noodles (sunka fleky)

Ingredients

| 8 | ounces | Medium; (wide) noodles |
| 2 | cups | Ground leftover ham; (if you dont have leftover ham, by imported boiled ham or a center cut with bone-in ham slice) |
| 2 | cups | Milk |
| 3 | larges | Eggs |
| Salt and pepper to taste | ||

Cook noodles in boiling salted water until barely tender ( DO NOT OVERCOOK). Drain well. Combine noodles, ham, milk beaten with eggs, and seasonings. Pour into greased casserole (my mother used a loaf pan) and bake at 350 degrees F. for about an hour or until center is set.
