Ingredients

1Serrano chili; seeded and minced

115 oz can chopped tomatoes; with juices
115 oz can kidney beans; rinsed & drained
115 oz can white hominy; rinsed & drained
2tablespoonsPrepared mole sauce
1cupWater

Directions

In soup pot, saute onion, peppers, and chili in oil over medium-high heat until onion is soft, about 4-5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
