Posole (pronounced po-so-lay)

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 cups Chicken broth; (or water)
1 pounds Pork neck bones; (for flavor), optional
1 pounds Pork; (picnic roast works... i've used odd parts from a whole pork loin)
1 can (29 oz) hominy
1 \N Red; (28 oz) chile sauce (salsa de chile colorado)

Combine all ingredients in crock pot. cook on high for 4 hrs or low all day... i doubt you could overcook this.
