1 pounds | Pork neck bones; (for flavor), optional |
1 pounds | Pork; (picnic roast works... i've used odd parts from a whole pork loin) |
1 can | (29 oz) hominy |
1 \N | Red; (28 oz) chile sauce (salsa de chile colorado) |
Combine all ingredients in crock pot. cook on high for 4 hrs or low all day... i doubt you could overcook this.
