Molasses whoopie pie

1 | cup | Margarine |
1½ | cup | Sweet milk |
4 | teaspoons | Baking soda |
½ | teaspoon | Ginger |
½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
½ | teaspoon | Cloves |
5 | cups | Flour |
2 | Egg whites | |
2 | teaspoons | Vanilla |
4 | tablespoons | Flour |
2 | tablespoons | Milk |
1½ | cup | Vegetable oil |
1 | pounds | 10 x sugar |
Directions
FILLING
Cream shortening,sugar and eggs. Add molasses, milk and dry ingredents.
Drop by spoonfuls on baking pan. Bake 350 8-10 minutes. FILLING: Beat egg whites till stiff. Add vanilla, flour and milk. Beat well and add shortening and sugar. When cookie cools spread filling on two and put together.
