Yield: 8 Servings
|2 cups||Chicken broth|
|1 cup||Green Giant frozen mixed vegetables (from 1-lb pkg)|
|2 tablespoons||Margarine or butter|
|2 cups||Uncooked instant rice|
|¼ cup||Grated Parmesan cheese|
In medium saucepan, combine chicken broth, vegetables and margarine. Bring to a boil; cook until vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove from heat; stir in rice. Cover; let stand for 5-7 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Place pilaf in bowl; sprinkle with cheese.
