Mixed vegetable pilaf

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Chicken broth
1 cup Green Giant frozen mixed vegetables (from 1-lb pkg)
2 tablespoons Margarine or butter
2 cups Uncooked instant rice
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese

In medium saucepan, combine chicken broth, vegetables and margarine. Bring to a boil; cook until vegetables are crisp-tender. Remove from heat; stir in rice. Cover; let stand for 5-7 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

Place pilaf in bowl; sprinkle with cheese.
